Returns and Exchanges
I will accept returns, exchanges and cancellations on any NON PERSONALISED items but please contact me as soon as possible.
If faulty or incorrect please contact me within: 2 days of delivery and dispatch items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
As soon as I receive the item back in its original condition I shall issue you a refund. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer, please obtain proof of posting when you send your order back
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders unless faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit
• If the 7 days has passed, then I will accept non-personalised / non-custom orders for exchange only. Return shipping costs and re-shipping costs will all be payable by the customer
• Custom and personalised items are non-returnable, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be refunded once we have shipped your order
• In the unlikely event that your order is damaged by postal service / incorrect / faulty (custom and personalised included) then please report damage within two days of receiving your order and provide photos. Upon receipt of satisfactory photographic evidence of damage and packaging, I will then replace/refund your order.
• The happiness of my customers is my number one priority, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase, please message me and I'll do my very best to resolve any issues
Payment
• Any custom-order/personalisation details should be stated before/upon payment
• Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared
• If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched then please contact me within 4 hours of payment. After this time, cancellations and refunds cannot be given until the item is returned to me, and personalised/custom art will be non refundable/exchangeable.
