Shipping policy
Delivery
• All items are manufactured and ship from the UK
• It is the buyer's responsibility to read all information regarding shipping times and available services. Delivery dates are never guaranteed (only estimated) and refunds won't be offered on a late delivery basis unless a specific date was discussed and agreed PRIOR to the order being made
• Please double check that your shipping address is correct. I cannot amend shipping details once the item is shipped nor can I intercept parcels.
International Shipments
Custom Duties & Import Taxes (EX USA)
• All custom fees and tax charges are payable by the customer , please check your country's fees and restrictions before purchase.
Nest & thread is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes of any kind in your home country. We will help with the information where we can but cannot guarantee the accuracy of such. Items will be sent by us to you and responsibility for import costs, duties etc. are that of the customer.
US Import Duties & Tariffs
A 10% customs fee will be added to the total value of the order at checkout, this will then enable me to purchase DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) via Royal Mail International postage on your behalf which will ensure you do not receive any unexpected import fees when your parcel arrives.
• If loss or damage incurs during shipment, I will do everything I can to help locate and resolve the situation.
A lost parcel is only lost after a 45 day period, I can then report it to the shipping company used.
Please report damage within 3 days of receiving your order and kindly provide me with photos so that I may make a claim with our shipper and replace/refund your order for you
• I cannot ship to a PO Box Address
• Orders are on a 10 to 14 day processing time unless stated otherwise. This does not include shipping time.
• No matter what shipping option is selected Nest & Thread is not liable for any loss incurred through a delay in delivery.
